At Decora Homes, we believe in keeping our customers up to date during their build and that is why we have full time site supervisors on site at all times. We have also incorporated a 24/7 online program in which our clients can access progress reports for their project and other features including:
- Online access to the schedule of various components of the build, a list of products chosen.
- The ability to approve change orders and product selections at your convenience.
- Job cost running total during the build.
- Warranty claims submission after possession for quick rectification.
