This home was our first Lottery Home built for the Hospital Home Lottery in Greenbryre Estates. We completed this home in a very tight timeline of 9 months. From detail, quality, unique floor plan, and custom finishings designed together as a team makes this home truly unique. This home has a total of Three Stories including a Rooftop Deck with a Hottub!
Project Info
Our Architectural & Interior Design Team worked hand in hand together designing this unique floor plan and picking out these beautiful custom finishings. This home displays many features including the roof top deck, scotch room on the main floor, 2nd floor laundry, spa ensuite off the master bedroom, yoga retreat, putting green and the custom metal staircase from top to bottom. You are greeted with a spacious foyer and high ceilings upon entering. Check out the pictures of the tidy mechanical room, something Decora Homes is also known for.
